Everything is just like the other Outlets. That Coppel has. Overall good customer service . No wheelchair access to 2nd floor. FYI

If you're American and you need a prepaid phone card this is the best place to go. Update: sometimes they sell you the wrong card after you ask the right questions . They are good people but they make mistakes. The service was very different a year ago when I originally gave them four stars. After my last experience I have to downgrade to two. But they are nice people

Over priced and under staffed. There registers all over the store but you gotta wait in line more than half an hour up stairs to get your purchases. I ended up just setting my stuff down and walking out. Definately not for a quick purchase of anything if that's what you were hoping for.
